
SALON POLICIES

In an effort to maintain salon environment for our guests and staff, and to allow us to give each guest our undivided attention, we ask that only those receiving a service be inside the salon.
Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the salon.
If you or anyone in your household has a fever or illness within the 48 hours prior to your scheduled services, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.

A valid credit or debit card on file is required to book all appointments. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Venmo, Zelle, and cash are all accepted methods of payment at time of service. Checks are not accepted. Gift cards may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash, or used to purchase another gift card. Gift cards are only valid for salon services and cannot be used to purchase products. Willow + Ash is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are valid for one year after the issue date. Service prices are subject to change.

Willow + Ash offers in person consultations prior to scheduling a service for a fee of $40. This fee will be charged and paid for on the day the consultation is held, and will be deducted from the total service cost on the day services are performed. Services must be booked at the time of consultation for the deduction to apply. If the service is cancelled, the consultation fee will no longer qualify for a deduction and is nonrefundable in order to compensate the stylist for their time.

Willow + Ash holds a 36 hour cancellation policy that requires payment for cancellations and no shows. Canceling any time the day before a scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost, and canceling any time the same day of a scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost. If a guest arrives late for their appointment and there is not sufficient time for their stylist to perform the services booked (determined at management's discretion), they will need to reschedule to accommodate other clients that are scheduled after them. This will be treated as a last minute cancellation and a fee of 100% of the scheduled services will be applied. All fees will be automatically charged to the card on file, and must be paid in full prior to booking any future appointments. In the event that a client has multiple issues with no shows and cancelations within the 36 hour window, prepayment for future services may be required at the salon’s discretion.

Willow + Ash sends out a confirmation text to confirm to guests that we have their services on our schedule and are anticipating their arrival. This is not designed to remind guests of their appointment, as we hold our guests responsible for remembering and arriving for all scheduled services. This confirmation text may or may not come within the 36 hour cancellation window and should not be used as a reminder to decide if the appointment will be kept or not.
